Shoulder Stretch

This is a good stretch to relieve a stiff neck and tight shoulders:
* interlace the fingers behind the back and bend forward slowly
* once you have rolled down, shake your head gently
* take deep breaths into your ribcage
* although I am demonstrating this stretch with straight legs, bend both knees if your hamstrings feel tight
* you can also hold on to a belt, t-shirt or scarf lengthwise if you are unable to interlace the fingers behind your back
* if you want a more advanced level of this stretch, bend one knee, the other one remains straight, take a few breaths, then change sides. You should feel a deep stretch in your legs. Make sure the muscles are properly warmed up before doing it.
